PARC is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee which was established in 1995 (Our Registered Company Number is 3372665.).
Braintree District Council have long term leased us an area of land on the Country Park which has a wonderful outlook where the PARC facility is based, just next to the by-pass on the A131.
The centre is easily accessible to families across Mid-Essex and has a wide catchment area covering the whole of Essex.

The PARC project has four phases;
Phase One was the opening of a temporary play and resource centre on 7th September 2004.
Phase Two was the opening of a permanent playground facility in September 2006.
Phase Three is the development of a larger, permanent building, work was completed January 2009.
Phase Four is redevelopment of adjoining land into a sensory garden and additional playground. Fundraising for this starts soon.
