OUR CENTRE

The PARC (Essex) centre is a purpose built building for children with additional needs and provides a range of facilities to parents, children and families including an outdoor play area, main hall, soft play and ball pit area, sensory room, interactive and projector room and kitchen area.

Situated in the beautiful setting of Great Notley Country Park, near Braintree in Essex, it’s a great place where children can play, learn and grow in a safe and stimulating environment.

We have a designated parking area for our families and staff, and the centre is completely wheelchair accessible as well as all of our play equipment.

We also have disabled changing and toilet facilities which include an electronic changing bed and hoist.

The centre is open 7 days a week, providing play sessions and family support from birth up until our youth club age which is 25.

To find out more about the types of sessions available every week visit Our Services page.

We would especially like to acknowledge and thank two organisations who have been fundamental in making the PARC Building possible:

THE WOODEN SPOON: Is the charity arm of the British & Irish Rugby and they were the first organization to make a sizeable donation towards

our building.  With their help, vision and support the project was started.

THE TRUST FUND OF ROSEMARY FLORANCE: 'The Roma' have been a long term supporter of PARC.  'The Roma' is a trust fund to help

and support children with additional needs in memory of Rosemary Florence.  They made the largest donation towards the cost of

our building and have since made further donations to offset the additional building costs.

THANK YOU!
